Nobody else's party before yours, nobody else's after. Exclusive hire, one event a day, with The Stage team handling every part of it.

The signature black dance floor. A handcrafted bar with backlit shelving. Signature furniture, set the way you want it. Lighting, sound and projection built into a room approaching 8m to the roof, all run on the night by The Stage team.

Two ways to hire

Fully hosted

All of it handled by The Stage team: the catering, the bar, the production and the people running the night. All you do is enjoy it.

Dry hire

The venue, the production and our team on the night, with your own caterer and suppliers. Bring your own kosher caterer if you'd like.

The building

On Elstree Way.

A genuine former film and sound stage in Elstree's working studio district, now an exclusive hire venue just outside north London.

Elstree Way, Borehamwood WD6 1SF. 26 spaces on site, plus the 400+ space Civic car park next door.
